Free parking and exceptionally good and delicious breakfast with beautiful view. Good and fab location of the hotel, very close to the centre of Wroxham and of course the Broads as well as Central to all shops.  

Staff was decent and lively, I did not want to leave!

Spent here 3 beautiful days and will be back. A local continental breakfast with beautiful view, I loved it.

Continental breakfast, excellant food. Extremely friendly and excellent staff and quick to respond. Friendly service and wonderful location just next door to the river in Wroxham, the centre of Wroxham within walking distance of plenty of things to see, and Wroxham 

The rooms are updated and airy, with original decoration.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, loved the position.

The staff was extremely polite and affable and the place was fairly clean. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Saint Mary the Virgin was good. The hotel was a great base for enjoying 

Spotless and updated units with a very comfortable bed, a balcony, for example, and the staff were amazingly nice.

Lovely and delightful accommodation with brilliant setting right by the restaurant on the Friday night and the riverside pubs there.

Hotel's room was adequate and exceptional with a good view over the marina.

Airy, newly remodelled units provided with a balcony, chocolates and ample bottled water. Variety of options for breakfast in the restaurant.

Fabulous food, overall excellent value place.

A stocked room provided with a huge bed, lovely views, as example. Plenty of food at the local breakfast. Industrial area, wonderful location, just next door to everything, food, staff, Bewilderwood and the bure valley railway and of course boat 

The hotel was in an incredible location near to swans go by, Broadlands riverside and nearby city or Norwich for what we wanted it for. Besides, the property was 3 km away from a wild and imaginative adventure park.

Awful views.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location was perfect, right on the river, giving us wonderful views from our room's balcony. The service provided by the staff members was excellent, they were warm, friendly, 

Units with a balcony. Lots of delicious food at breakfast time. Quaint and delightful hotel in an unbeatable setting in center of Broadlands.

The room was recently refurbished with balcony over looking the broads and safety measures included smoke detectors. We had a delicious breakfast with beautiful view. Location: the hotel was not far from the bridge.
